In-season
rental periods are Saturday to Saturday
in one-week increments except for the Inn (daily rates) and the condo
(Sunday to Sunday).
During the off-seasons, we will rent homes with
other than Saturday check-ins
and for "mini-vacations" (3
nights of more) if
you can't get away for a whole week.
Email us with your dates and which house you are interested
in.
Fee
for pets (if pets are permitted) is $100. Heated
pool (if available) is $500 deposit against actual gas usage.
Rates do not include taxes,
travel insurance, or processing fees (if applicable).
Our
policy on rentals for next year (2008) is:
If you reserve a
house for next year before new rates
are published (generally
around Thanksgiving), we rent it for this year's rates (2007)
less 10%. In other
words you beat the price increase for 2008 and save an additional 10%
off this year's rates. After the new
2008 rates are published, save 10% by reserving your property before
Feb15,
2007 (not all properties on our website offer this
discount, so contact me and I'll try
to get a better rate for you). We
require half down with the signed contract and the balance 30 days
before arrival.
